Act as the business-focused “mini-CEO” of the product, combining entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on product ownership to launch and grow the platform.. Specific Objectives (first ~12 months):. . . Conceptualize, define, and deliver. the full front-end of the Copy Trading platform, translating backend capabilities into a seamless and engaging user journey.. . Execute the . initial launch. of the platform and manage the . transition. from the existing vendor (Brokery).. . Drive . UI/UX design and consumer experience. , ensuring significant improvements over competitor solutions.. . Partner with Head of Product and development teams to ensure smooth . integration with backend and CRM systems. .. . Establish . product growth metrics. (conversion funnels, retention, user engagement) and optimize continuously.. . Introduce . A/B testing and hypothesis-driven experiments. to refine and validate product improvements.. . Benchmark against leading FinTech/iGaming platforms to identify and adopt . best-in-class design patterns. .. . Key Activities:. . Lead the . conceptualization of UI/UX. : define product vision, user stories, and end-to-end customer journeys.. .
