We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our network and provide expert legal services in estate planning, business formation, and contract law. This role offers the flexibility to conduct 100% virtual or telephonic consultations, control your own schedule, and grow your client base without the need for marketing or administrative overhead.. Key Responsibilities. . Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, business formation, and related matters. . . Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and business formation paperwork. .. . Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions. .. . Stay current with changes in estate, tax, and business law. .. .
