Key Responsibilities. . Deliver outstanding technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.. . Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products efficiently.. . Guide customers through solutions with clear, step-by-step instructions.. . Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support database.. . Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical problems when necessary.. .
