Key Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer support to clients seeking mobility services via phone, email, and chat in German.. . Assist customers with inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.. . Help clients navigate the booking process and resolve any issues efficiently.. . Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately for follow-up and quality assurance.. . Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.. . Stay informed about the latest mobility solutions and local services to assist customers effectively.. . Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while handling customer concerns and complaints.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.. . Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the mobility or travel sector.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. .
