Design and develop visual content for promotional and educational materials, including slide decks, infographics, digital assets, posters, brochures, and resource centres.. . Collaborate with writers, programme managers, and other team members to conceptualize and execute integrated communication strategies.. . Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver design solutions that exceed expectations.. . Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and communication objectives.. . Support the design and layout of pitch and presentation materials.. . Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions.. . Ensure all materials meet regulatory and compliance standards for medical communications.. . Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, maintaining high quality in a fast-paced environment.. . Stay current with design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously enhance creative output.. . . 3+ years of experience in a creative/design role, preferably within medical communications, healthcare, or agency environments.. . Strong portfolio demonstrating design work across both print and digital platforms.. . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with PowerPoint.. . Ability to understand complex scientific and medical content and convey it visually.. . Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography.. .
