In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the timely and accurate submission of regulatory documents to health authorities worldwide. Your expertise in publishing will help streamline the submission process, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.. Responsibilities:. Lead the eCTD publishing process for clinical and regulatory submissions, ensuring that all documents meet quality and formatting standards.. Perform quality control checks on submission documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable guidelines.. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines and ensure timely submission of materials.. Serve as a primary contact for client communications related to publishing projects, addressing any technical queries and ensuring client satisfaction.. Stay updated on regulatory changes and eCTD standards to provide expert guidance on publishing requirements.. Train and mentor junior publishing staff, helping to develop their skills and ensure adherence to best practices.. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the publishing department.. . Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory publishing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.. . Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.. . Strong understanding of eCTD submission requirements and experience with regulatory submissions (INDs, NDAs, MAAs).. . Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.. . Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.. . Proficient in MS Office Suite and publishing software (e.g., DocuBridge, Adobe).. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. . Experience in training or mentoring junior team members is a plus.. . Company Location: India.
