Billing & AP Analyst (Energy & Utilities) - Work from home at Twoconnect. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Billing & AP Analyst. In this role, you will process electricity, gas, and LPG invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity across systems. You will play a key part in supporting smooth daily operations, resolving billing discrepancies, and contributing to overall performance goals. Process a high volume of electricity, gas, and LPG invoices in the company platform with precision and speed. . . Respond to internal queries in a timely and professional manner to support seamless operations. . . Maintain in-house systems and customer documentation, ensuring data accuracy and organization. . . Take accountability for the quality and daily performance of all tasks, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). . . Ensure accurate bill entry and proactively resolve any errors in the data. . . Submit daily reports on completed invoices to track progress and performance. . . Identify and escalate issues to senior team members or managers for resolution when necessary.. . . Professional qualification certification or equivalent experience in data entry or related field. . . Minimum 3 years of proven experience in accounts payable or similar data entry roles is advantageous. . . Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. . . Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within the team. . . Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness to problem-solve efficiently. . . Results and goal-oriented mindset. . .
