The Site Eligibility Specialist clears deficiencies and confirms corrections are addressed prior to advancing projects through Deal Review Complete, helping maintain quality, reduce change orders, and keep projects moving within established SLAs.. Role and Responsibilities. Audit site survey photo sets for completeness and compliance with the company's SOP and underwriting standards.. Confirm site eligibility and build readiness by validating roof, electrical, access, obstructions, and equipment location conditions shown in photos. . Identify required electrical upgrades, build adders, roof quality concerns, and potential code-related risks that must be addressed before project progression.. Monitor post-sale resubmissions from Sales to ensure updated photos and required site details are received, clear, and complete.. Document site survey deficiencies, communicate requirements, and drive timely corrections/resubmissions in alignment with SOP.. Validate that required build adders and scope adjustments are accurately captured based on site conditions.. Review and support resolution of site-condition-related change orders (electrical, roof, access, equipment placement).. Advance projects to Deal Review Complete within SLA timeframes by proactively managing queue items, follow-ups, and dependencies.. Maintain accurate case notes and audit-ready records in CRM/internal systems.. Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Design, Installation, Service, PTO) to resolve site-related risks and prevent downstream delays.. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with solar financing, contracts, and compliance requirements preferred.
