Administration & Logistics Coordinator at Nacre Capital. A detail-oriented administrative professional responsible for managing comprehensive logistical support for field operations teams. The position requires strong organizational skills to maintain regulatory compliance, manage documentation workflows, and support customs processes.. • Follow up on the elements of personal protection list and get quotes when stock runs low.. • Purchase bus tickets for the field team (if applicable).. • Plan private transportation according to instructions.. • Plan the cleaning of the Hornopirén cabins according to my instructions.. • Quote logistics options in other locations or for other AQC members (for example, Airbnb, flights, etc.).. • Pay for the team's weekly meals according to instructions and keep control of this transfers.. • Update safety documents in Certilap and follow up on those about to expire.. • Follow up on the Adecco certificate from Certilap. • Send the attendance book to Adecco at the end of the month after supervisor and my review. • Keep a record of the team's medical leaves. • Quote services that help optimize field costs (for example, rentals). • Quote other services (truck, forklift, marketing, etc.) when applicable. • Support in preparing documentation for customs. • Personnel search (when applicable, but our team doesn't have high turnover). • Needs to speak Spanish for communicate with the field team.
