We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant with a hybrid focus: 50% on customer service and 50% on administrative support. This position will be a key role in daily operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients while also providing essential support to management and sales staff.. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR. A professional, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can balance both client-facing interactions and back-office tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, comfortable handling multiple platforms, and can manage priorities independently.. RESPONSIBILITIES. 1. Customer Service (50%). . Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and live chat.. . Qualify potential clients using provided scripts and document lead information in the CRM.. . Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimized calendar coordination.. . Manage follow-ups with customers, including feedback collection and review requests.. . . 2. Administrative Support (50%). . Support sales staff with document preparation, data entry, and reporting.. . Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met.. . Assist with managing internal systems (CRM, spreadsheets, task trackers).. . Provide ad-hoc support to management, including research and preparing reports.. . . QUALIFICATIONS. .
