This role offers the opportunity to lead the successful onboarding and implementation of innovative clinical AI solutions for healthcare providers. You will serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, managing complex projects that integrate AI-powered imaging platforms with hospital IT systems. The position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-facing experience to optimize system performance and drive adoption. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, influence product design, and ensure seamless integration. Lead end-to-end implementation projects, managing the onboarding of new customers and expansions for existing clients.. . Serve as the key technical stakeholder during implementation, guiding architecture discussions with customer IT teams on systems, networking, medical imaging, and interfaces.. . Conduct setup, troubleshooting, acceptance testing, and go-live processes to ensure successful delivery of solutions.. . Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer technical teams, acting as the primary point of contact for technical collaboration.. . Make data-driven decisions to optimize system performance and customer experience.. . Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to define requirements, design solutions, and identify opportunities for new features.. . Translate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and communicate project status effectively throughout engagements.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.. . Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer-facing or technical operations roles within the healthcare sector.. . Demonstrated experience in Healthcare IT, including Radiology IT (PACS, RIS, dictation systems) and EMR systems.. . Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and drive them to completion, both initially and in ongoing engagements.. . Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.. .
