Join us as an Inside Sales Associate to manage the Municipal Bidding, Contract Administration, and Sales Forecasting functions for a defined customer base. This role involves preparing and submitting competitive bids, overseeing awarded contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with municipal clients. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from bidding through order fulfillment. . Your key responsibilities will be: . Manage the full bid lifecycle for municipal customers, including identifying opportunities via lead services, preparing submissions, and ensuring compliance with Norit standards. . Collaborate with Legal, Supply Chain, and Technical Support teams to review and negotiate contract terms. . Administer awarded contracts, maintaining full account management responsibility, including customer communication, service coordination, and issue resolution. . Monitor and update key sales systems and reports, including customer usage, sales forecasts, budget progress, and market trends. . Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth operations related to order processing, product availability, and shipping. . Stay informed on company objectives, customer needs, and market conditions to support long-term sales success. . . Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required, . . Prior experience with contracts or bidding processes preferred, . . Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, . . Professional verbal and written communication skills, . . Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software, . .
