Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients in the transportation sector.. . Handle inquiries related to rail, shipping, and other transportation services promptly and professionally.. . Assist customers with ticketing, bookings, and itinerary changes while ensuring accuracy.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.. . Communicate effectively with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and enhance the customer experience.. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of transportation services and policies to provide accurate information to customers.. . Document customer interactions and maintain records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . . Fluent in Italian, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.. . Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or related industry.. . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.. .
