Active sourcing via LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and networking . . Conducting interviews, evaluating both soft and hard skills, and assessing motivation . . Building and maintaining candidate pipelines . . Market research and advising the partner on recruitment strategy and trends. . . 2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) . . Experience in iGaming, Tech, or Digital sectors is a . plus. . . Executive search experience is an . advantage. . . High energy, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset . . Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with decision-makers . . Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, candidate databases) . .
