Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope.. . Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and outcomes.. . Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs.. . . Project Execution & Delivery. . . Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards.. . Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success.. . Coordinate cross-functional teams, including various pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver solutions.. . Track progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.. . . Customer Engagement & Use Case Implementation. . . Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and map solutions to their needs.. . Translate customer use cases into actionable project plans, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with Complexio’s AI capabilities.. . Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.. . Conduct regular check-ins, project updates, and post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization.. . . Stakeholder & Resource Management. . . Align internal teams and external partners on project objectives, ensuring smooth collaboration.. . Coordinate with pod leads, tech managers, product, and customer success teams to remove blockers and optimize resource allocation.. . Escalate critical issues and dependencies to leadership as needed, providing data-driven recommendations.. . . Process & Continuous Improvement. . . Establish and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for efficient execution.. . Leverage agile methodologies where applicable, iterating on project deliverables based on feedback.. . Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation of lessons learned from past projects.. . . Key Skills & Experience. . Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.. . Expertise in managing customer-facing projects, balancing technical execution with business impact.. . Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation.. . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.. . Experience with agile methodologies, Jira, and project management tools.. . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, handling multiple priorities with autonomy.. .
