Key Responsibilities. . Proactively source and engage potential candidates using various platforms, including job boards and social media.. . Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and compatibility.. . Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system.. . Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey by providing guidance and communication in Swedish.. . Work closely with the recruitment team to refine and enhance our talent acquisition strategies.. . Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.. No prior experience in recruitment is necessary; we welcome individuals with a readiness to learn and grow.. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively connect with candidates.. Self-disciplined and capable of working independently in a fully remote setting.. Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruiting tools is advantageous..
