Handle customer inquiries related to the e-commerce platform, including orders, returns, and product information via phone, email, and chat in Danish.. . Provide comprehensive assistance on account management, payment processing, and shipping inquiries.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a satisfactory experience.. . Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for record-keeping purposes.. . Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service delivery and resolve complex issues.. . Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and e-commerce trends to provide relevant assistance.. . . Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.. .
