Accountabilities:. . Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio of enterprise customers to align product capabilities with business goals.. . Deliver strategic guidance and product expertise to help clients optimize their use of the platform through training, education, and enablement.. . Lead retention initiatives and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, ensuring long-term client engagement and satisfaction.. . Act as a customer advocate, collaborating with internal teams (Product, Support, Engineering) to resolve issues and influence product development.. . Conduct regular business reviews and proactively identify ways to deliver greater value and mitigate churn risk.. . Monitor customer health metrics and support their evolution through feedback, insights, and tailored strategies.. . 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or account management roles within a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of managing complex customer relationships.. . Preferred background in audit, risk, compliance, or GRC frameworks, with bonus points for hands-on experience using related platforms.. . Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills, including interfacing with executive-level clients.. . Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar customer success platforms is a plus.. . Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity with confidence.. . Spanish fluency is a plus.. .
