Accountabilities:. . Assist with family law cases such as divorce, child custody, and asset division.. . Draft legal documents, manage filings, and ensure compliance with court procedures.. . Conduct e-filings with county courts and handle court-related communications.. . Support attorneys through case preparation, deadline tracking, and client coordination.. . Attend occasional hearings or client meetings as required by case needs.. . Maintain exceptional client service standards through professionalism and responsiveness.. . . 0–6 years of family law experience preferred; other legal backgrounds considered.. . Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.. . Proficiency in e-filing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.. . Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously in a law firm setting.. . Strong organizational and time-management skills in a deadline-driven environment.. .
