The Junior Property Operations Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams managing property management, maintenance, leasing, and corporate development. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys both operational and administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining excellent tenant experiences and supporting portfolio growth through effective coordination and problem-solving.. . Accountabilities. . Support onboarding of new property acquisitions and assist with implementing team-wide policies and procedures.. . Manage resident communications, including responding to inbound calls, emails, and portal inquiries.. . Coordinate scheduling and follow-up for maintenance activities involving field technicians and contractors.. . Conduct on-site property inspections for turnovers and quarterly checks.. . Perform monthly audits of rent collections and billing for completed work orders.. . Maintain inventory of supplies through quarterly audits.. . Assist with resident move-in, move-out, and leasing processes, including showings and application reviews.. . Participate in property operations meetings and contribute to ongoing projects.. . . Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields; real estate industry experience is a plus.. . Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.. . Proficient with computer tools, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.. . Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.. .
