As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will take a leading role in designing, building, and maintaining a robust infrastructure and developer platform. You will work at the intersection of engineering and product, enabling teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions at scale. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor peers. You will contribute to shaping architecture decisions, implementing automation, and building tools that empower other engineers to work faster and more effectively.. Accountabilities:. . Build, optimize, and maintain a modern infrastructure platform that accelerates engineering productivity.. . Design scalable abstractions, reusable tools, and robust APIs to support product development teams.. . Collaborate closely with engineers across multiple teams to align infrastructure with business needs.. . Drive architecture improvements and advocate for best practices across infrastructure and deployment.. . Communicate effectively and persuasively to foster cooperation and collaboration across teams.. . Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, focusing on efficiency, resilience, and developer experience.. . . 4+ years of experience in engineering platforms, infrastructure, and deployment tooling.. . Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Node.js, Python, Scala, or Java.. . Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).. . Knowledge of build and deployment tooling (e.g., Bazel, Github Actions, Pants, Spinnaker).. . Experience with automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.. . Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).. . Exposure to microservices architectures, observability, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker, service meshes).. .
