Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, prioritize key market segments, and increase sales;. . Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management;. . Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets;. . Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise;. . Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are aligned with company values and priorities;. . Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth;. . Market analysis. . Requirements. . 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. . Proven B2B sales experience is required. . Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is preferred. . Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Inflow, or similar). . Experience in building a sales department from the ground up. . Digitally savvy: strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. . Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast . . Highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. .
