As a Creative Strategist, you will collaborate with account managers, designers, media strategists, and clients to develop performance-driven creative strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, email, and web. You will translate business goals and audience insights into innovative concepts, manage production timelines, and ensure brand consistency. Develop and implement creative strategies that align with client marketing and business goals.. . Translate audience, market, and performance insights into actionable creative briefs and campaign roadmaps.. . Ideate, present, and execute multi-platform campaign concepts and messaging for clients and internal teams.. . Lead research and analysis, including market trends, competitive benchmarking, and audience behavior, to uncover opportunities.. . Plan and oversee creative testing, including messaging, imagery, and formats, and report actionable findings.. . Manage multi-client workflows to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.. . Collaborate with designers and provide art direction to ensure brand consistency and excellence.. . Produce or source assets as needed, including UGC and quick-turn creative content.. . Manage client communication, including monthly performance updates, learnings, and strategic recommendations.. . Supervise and support contractors assisting with graphic design or other creative needs.. . . 2–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or design-related fields.. . Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Klaviyo is a plus.. . Strong project management and organizational skills; familiarity with Asana preferred.. . Strategic and analytical thinker, able to convert insights into actionable strategies.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. . Proven ability to generate innovative ideas and guide creative execution.. . Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies, including AI tools (e.g., VEO 3, Sora, ChatGPT).. . Advanced proficiency in design and editing software.. . Data analysis skills to measure performance and inform strategy using tools like SuperAds.. .
