As a RevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and scalability of go-to-market systems. You will own critical workflows, integrations, and data processes that empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced SaaS platforms, automation tools, and AI-powered workflows, allowing you to design scalable processes that grow with the business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, implement best practices for GTM operations, and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms. The position provides autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to significantly impact business performance while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Your work will directly influence forecasting, reporting, and GTM efficiency, making this role central to business success.. . Accountabilities:. Manage and optimize HubSpot end-to-end, including workflows, property structures, permissions, reporting, and integrations.. Deliver dashboards, automations, and tools that enhance the effectiveness of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.. Standardize and document GTM workflows to ensure consistent, scalable, and adaptable processes.. Oversee forecasting, reporting, and commission processes to maintain accurate and actionable GTM metrics.. Maintain integrations across the GTM tech stack, ensuring systems such as HubSpot, n8n, Clay, Slack, and internal tools work seamlessly.. Provide responsive operational support to GTM stakeholders, balancing immediate needs with long-term scalable solutions.. 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM systems role in SaaS.. 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration, including workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.. Strong technical foundation, comfortable with APIs, no-code tools, and lightweight scripting in Python or JavaScript.. Experience building AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable leverage in B2B SaaS contexts.. In-depth understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions and operational best practices.. Ownership mindset with the ability to balance short-term urgency and long-term scalability.. Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote-first environment..
