We are seeking a Senior Product Designer I to lead design efforts in a focused product area, owning usability, discovery, and delivery. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to craft intuitive, user-centered solutions that balance business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs. You will guide smaller features end-to-end, contribute to design systems, and support design quality across products. This position requires strong product thinking, excellent communication, and a passion for usability and craftsmanship. You will mentor peers, advocate for users, and help elevate design practices across the team. The role is fully remote within the United States, with occasional collaboration events.. . Accountabilities. . Lead design within your product area, owning usability and guiding discovery in partnership with PM and Engineering.. . Deliver polished, user-centered features end-to-end, translating product opportunities into clear design concepts.. . Conduct lightweight usability testing and incorporate feedback to validate design decisions.. . Contribute to and refine the design system to ensure cohesive experiences across products.. . Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, making design trade-offs and decisions visible to stakeholders.. . Support and mentor mid-level designers, sharing feedback and best practices to elevate team output.. . Participate in product tripod/trio decision-making, advocating for user needs and usability standards.. . . . 5–7 years of experience in product design, with end-to-end ownership of SaaS features.. . Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design skills.. . Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.. . Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and rapid prototyping.. . Experience working in empowered product teams (tripods/trios) and collaborating with engineers and PMs.. . Excellent communication, storytelling, and design rationale articulation skills.. . Self-directed, resilient, and collaborative, with a focus on raising design standards.. .
