This is not a helpdesk or infrastructure role..  You will own how our business tools connect, operate, and scale.. The Role. We’re hiring an IT Manager — Systems & Integrations to manage and continuously improve our internal technology stack.. You will act as the bridge between operations and technology — configuring platforms, connecting tools, maintaining integrations, and ensuring data flows correctly across the organization.. Your work directly impacts recruiter productivity, client experience, and the company’s ability to scale.. Key Responsibilities. Systems Administration. Administer and maintain ATS, CRM, communication, and operational platforms. Manage user permissions, roles, and access controls. Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary. Maintain documentation and internal system standards. Integrations & Automation. Build and maintain integrations between ATS, CRM, Slack, email, payroll, and productivity tools. Configure triggers, automations, and workflow logic. Monitor integration failures and resolve sync errors. Improve handoffs across Sales → Recruiting → Onboarding → Account Management. Reduce manual processes through automation. Process Optimization. Analyze operational workflows and identify inefficiencies. Implement technology solutions to streamline operations. Standardize processes across departments. Support scaling operations without adding administrative overhead. Data & Reporting. Ensure data consistency across platforms. Maintain reporting dashboards and operational tracking. Support leadership with reliable business metrics. Implement best practices for data hygiene and usage. Security & Governance. Manage authentication policies and user access security. Maintain backup and recovery procedures. Monitor system usage and permissions. Support compliance and data protection practices. Requirements. Experience. 5 years managing business systems, integrations, or operations technology. Experience with ATS, CRM, or recruiting/HR tech platforms. Hands-on automation and workflow configuration experience. Experience working in SaaS-heavy environments. Technical Skills. Integrations . Workflow automation and process mapping. Data structure understanding and reporting concepts. Ability to document technical processes clearly. Working Style. Hands-on builder and problem solver. Process-oriented and detail-driven. Able to translate business needs into system solutions. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong communicator with non-technical teams. Nice to Have. Staffing, recruiting, or talent operations experience. Zoho, Workable, Slack workflows or similar tools. Dashboard or analytics setup experience. Experience scaling systems for growing teams.
