You will manage and mentor a team of software test automation engineers, overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation frameworks. Your work will directly impact software quality, productivity, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborating across development, testing, and leadership teams, you will drive innovation in automation strategies, tools, and processes. This role provides autonomy, hands-on engagement, and the chance to influence both team performance and technical direction in a forward-looking, fast-paced organization.. Accountabilities. . Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software test automation engineers, aligning team goals with organizational objectives.. . Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and deployment processes.. . Drive continuous improvement within the automation team, including process, documentation, and technology enhancements.. . Collaborate with development, test, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve customer-reported issues.. . Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, including software testing documentation and process adherence.. . Review and approve test plans and cases, assign tasks, track progress, and report status to leadership.. . Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, consistency, and overall team performance.. . Maintain communication and collaboration with other departments and executive leadership to share strategies, policies, and feedback.. . . BS degree or higher in a software, computer science, or related field.. . Minimum of 5 years in software testing or development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.. . Strong technical skills in automation frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright.. . Proficiency with web technologies including C#/.NET, C++, Windows environments, relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle), networking, and virtualization.. . Working knowledge of DICOM, HL7, IIS, scripting, JavaScript, TFS, and PACS.. . Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.. . Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.. . Ability to develop test plans, test cases, and guide systematic troubleshooting of complex technical issues.. . Experience in software automation best practices, including scripting, programming, and CI/CD pipelines.. . Preferred Skills:. . Familiarity with regulated industries, medical devices, or compliance standards such as FDA and ISO 13485.. . Experience in mentoring teams and driving performance metrics.. .
