As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Android, you will design, build, and maintain mobile applications that empower users to achieve meaningful health outcomes. Develop, maintain, and enhance Android mobile applications to deliver world-class digital healthcare experiences.. . Dedicate 80–90% of your time to hands-on coding while mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership.. . Lead complex projects, anticipating infrastructure and architectural needs, and proposing innovative AI solutions.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to implement technical solutions that meet business and user needs.. . Ensure high-quality code through unit and integration testing, adhering to best practices for architecture, design, and coding standards.. . Research, adopt, and advocate for new technologies to continuously improve the development workflow and system performance.. . Candidates should have:. . 5+ years of experience in Android application development.. . Strong proficiency in Kotlin, with experience in its advanced features and best practices.. .
