Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients in the transportation sector.. . Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.. . Assist customers with booking inquiries, cancellations, and changes to their reservations.. . Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.. . Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.. . Stay updated on company policies, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.. . . Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.. .
