The Senior People and Culture Business Partner will collaborate closely with leaders across multiple functions to optimize workforce planning, manage leave of absence activity, and address employee relations matters. You will design and implement development programs, provide coaching, and support change management initiatives that strengthen team performance and organizational effectiveness. The role is remote-first, offering flexibility while maintaining strong engagement with leadership and teams.. Accountabilities. . Develop and implement leadership development initiatives and coaching programs for supervisors.. . Partner with leadership to assess and enhance organizational structure, team effectiveness, and change management strategies.. . Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, including policy interpretation, performance concerns, and investigations.. . Track and manage leave of absence activity, collaborating with business leaders and internal/external partners to ensure coverage and compliance.. . Promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture, supporting engagement initiatives and retention strategies.. . Analyze workforce data and trends to inform leadership decisions on staffing, engagement, and talent development.. . Support annual performance review and talent development planning processes.. . . Bachelor’s degree required; high school diploma or GED minimum.. . 5+ years of experience as a Business Partner or related HR role; 3+ years in a multi-state HR capacity.. . Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, talent management, workforce planning, and engagement strategies.. . Excellent verbal and written communication, conflict management, and coaching skills.. . Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and maintain discretion with confidential information.. . Experience with HR functions including compliance, leave management, payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, and development.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.. . HR designation (SHRM or HRCI) preferred.. .
