Process and finalise finance settlements efficiently and accurately.. . Liaise with lenders, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth settlement process.. . Manage and track settlement transactions through COG – Settlement Portal.. . Review and verify financial agreements and contracts for accuracy and compliance.. . Coordinate with clients to retrieve required documentation for finance processing.. . Conduct background checks and ensure all settlement conditions are met.. . Maintain and update financial records, reports, and Excel spreadsheets.. . Handle customer inquiries, providing professional and timely support.. . Work closely with sales teams, understanding the role's connection to the sales process.. . Assist in process improvements and proactively manage settlement pipeline. . . 6 months – 2 years of settlement experience in finance, banking, or a related field.. . Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.. . High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.. . Experience dealing with lenders is highly desirable.. . Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.. . Excellent verbal communication skills, with clear pronunciation and good pacing.. .
