As Associate Payment Operations Specialist, you’ll help keep our payment operations running smoothly day to day, ensuring transactions process reliably and our payment infrastructure performs at its best. You’ll monitor activity, spot and troubleshoot payment issues, and work closely with the Payment Operations team to improve processes and drive efficiency across the business.. You will.... Play a crucial role in the day-to-day monitoring and tracking of payment transactions. Assist in identifying payment issues, discrepancies, and potential risks, promptly escalating them for resolution. Implement tactical changes to payment configurations to improve payment success rates. Serve as the PayOps point of contact for the business, providing clear reporting on operational issues, insights, and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment-related concerns . What makes you a great candidate?. 1-2+ years in a Payment Operations role - ideally within an e-commerce company or a payment service provider (PSP). . Prior experience in Payment operations within e-commerce or within a high-volume environment. Strong analytical skills across technical platforms and large datasets. Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of payment trends and user interactions with the MENA and / or West Africa region.
