Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Specialist. to join our IT Security and Governance team. The specialist will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle Identity Manager solutions, aligning them with organizational security standards and business requirements. Key Responsibilities. . . Identity & Access Management (IAM):. . . . Design, configure, and manage . Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). solutions for provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management of user accounts. . . Implement role-based access controls, group policies, and identity workflows to ensure secure access across applications. . . . . Implementation & Integration:. . . . Integrate OIM with various enterprise applications, directories, and systems for centralized identity and access management. . . Develop connectors, adapters, and automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and access requests. . . . . Maintenance & Support:. . . . Monitor OIM systems for performance, availability, and security compliance. . . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning, reconciliation, and access controls. . . Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, and change management processes related to IAM. . . . . Security & Compliance:. . . . Ensure adherence to organizational security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance standards. . . Assist in periodic . internal and external audits. by providing identity and access reports. . . Conduct access reviews, entitlement cleanups, and segregation of duties (SoD) checks. . . . . Process Improvement:. . . . Recommend and implement enhancements to improve automation, efficiency, and scalability of identity and access processes. . . Collaborate with security architects, system administrators, and business stakeholders to align IAM practices with business goals. . . . . Documentation & Training:. . . . Maintain detailed technical documentation, configuration records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). . . Provide knowledge transfer and training sessions to internal teams on OIM usage and best practices. . . . Qualifications & Experience. . . Education:. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. . . . Experience:. Minimum . 3+ years of hands-on experience. with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) in enterprise environments. . . . Technical Skills:. . . . Strong knowledge of . Oracle Identity Manager. configuration, customization, and administration. . . Experience with . Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, WebLogic, and SOA. for OIM development and integration. . . Understanding of security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, etc.). . . Familiarity with . Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). . . . . .
