Key Responsibilities. . . Identity & Access Management (IAM):. . . . Design, configure, and manage . Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). solutions for provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management of user accounts. . . Implement role-based access controls, group policies, and identity workflows to ensure secure access across applications. . . . . Implementation & Integration:. . . . Integrate OIM with various enterprise applications, directories, and systems for centralized identity and access management. . . Develop connectors, adapters, and automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and access requests. . . . . Maintenance & Support:. . . . Monitor OIM systems for performance, availability, and security compliance. . . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning, reconciliation, and access controls. . . Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, and change management processes related to IAM. . . . . Security & Compliance:. . . . Ensure adherence to organizational security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance standards. . . Assist in periodic . internal and external audits. by providing identity and access reports. . . Conduct access reviews, entitlement cleanups, and segregation of duties (SoD) checks. . . . . Process Improvement:. . . . Recommend and implement enhancements to improve automation, efficiency, and scalability of identity and access processes. . . Collaborate with security architects, system administrators, and business stakeholders to align IAM practices with business goals. . . . . Documentation & Training:. . . . Maintain detailed technical documentation, configuration records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). . . Provide knowledge transfer and training sessions to internal teams on OIM usage and best practices. . . . Qualifications & Experience. . . Education:. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. . . . Experience:. Minimum . 3+ years of hands-on experience. with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) in enterprise environments. . . . Technical Skills:. . . . Strong knowledge of . Oracle Identity Manager. configuration, customization, and administration. . . Experience with . Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, WebLogic, and SOA. for OIM development and integration. . . Understanding of security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, etc.). . . Familiarity with . Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). . . . . .
