Manage and monitor daily performance of repairers within the designated region to meet client SLAs and business requirements.. . Onboard new repairers to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and service standards.. . Use reporting tools and data analysis to identify performance trends and implement improvement strategies.. . Support compliance, documentation, and audit requirements across the network.. . Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with repairers and stakeholders.. . Assist in resolving customer complaints and represent the network at client meetings.. . Drive initiatives to maintain and enhance overall network efficiency and customer satisfaction.. . . Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the collision repair or automotive sector.. . Strong knowledge of repair processes, methods, and standards.. . Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.. . Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement solutions.. . Highly organized with the ability to manage workload and multiple priorities effectively.. .
