Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to business stakeholders and/or clients across operational and strategic matters . Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents (e.g., commercial agreements, supplier/customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, licensing agreements) . Support matters across corporate/commercial, employment, regulatory, disputes, compliance, procurement, governance, privacy, or real estate (aligned to experience) . Manage external counsel and service providers, including budgets, timelines, and matter strategy . Assist with legal risk assessments and recommend practical mitigations aligned to business objectives . Support dispute management, including early case assessment, correspondence, document preparation, settlement discussions, and litigation oversight where applicable . Contribute to compliance programmes, internal controls, and policy development, including monitoring legal and regulatory updates and advising on implementation . Maintain accurate records, contract repositories, and matter documentation, ensuring confidentiality and appropriate information handling .
