Product Manager at Teamified. If you’re passionate about what you do and are ready to take on a huge challenge, this role might be for you!. To learn more about Forte and this opportunity, watch this short video: . https://youtu.be/hw_OzB62APo. About Us:. Forte is an award-winning world-leading education technology company that is improving the quality and accessibility of education and training worldwide.. Here’s the underlying problem: Hundreds of millions worldwide lack access to high-quality training, so cannot achieve their full potential. This problem will only get worse as AI and other tech advances will lead to massive job displacement and increase the need for retraining. It’s not only that people lack access to education. The education that exists is often poor quality and ineffective. In fact, more than 50% of all funding for training is completely wasted and has no impact.. We aim to fix that. At Forte, we’re on a mission to improve the quality and quantity of training worldwide. With Forte’s platform, any funder of workforce development (including governments, foundations and companies) can easily (a) find and contract with the world’s best training providers, (b) track the progress of outcomes in real-time, (c) see training outcomes in a clear and verified manner, and (d) pay only for what works. We believe the best way to achieve great education results is to pay for outcomes (such as quality employment) rather than inputs - as this aligns incentives, reduces waste, ensures accountability, and leads to better student outcomes. By making it simple to pay for outcomes, we’re revolutionizing how foundations, government agencies, and companies procure, manage and pay for short-form education programs. In addition to this, we have developed an innovative way to finance education that has as much impact as scholarships but with far more scalability.. Forte has won numerous awards including UBS Global Visionary Company, Forbes Best Education Startup, Global Good Groundbreaking Initiative of the Year, UBS Pitch for Purpose Award Winner, Rockefeller Bellagio Award, and CRUSA Best Company Award. Forte is also backed by many world-leading institutions and investors, including Oxford University, Blackbird, Forbes, Atlassian Foundation, UBS, Draper Associates, GitLab Foundation, Business Council for International Understanding, and the World Economic Forum..
