Deliver and manage data integrations between client systems and the FP&A platform, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timeliness.. . Lead integration projects with multiple customers and technologies, coordinating closely with product, R&D, and support teams.. . Troubleshoot and resolve complex synchronization, configuration, and middleware issues.. . Translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements and process improvements.. . Provide technical guidance during customer calls, supporting adoption and success of integration solutions.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Sales to drive continuous improvement.. . . 2–4 years of experience supporting ERP/CRM or financial integrations in B2B SaaS or iPaaS environments.. . Proven track record resolving complex integration issues in ERPs such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, QuickBooks, or Xero.. . 1–3+ years of middleware experience with tools like Workato, TIBCO Scribe, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.. . Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under uncertainty, with ability to think creatively.. . Clear and confident communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.. . Familiarity with APIs, JSON, CSV, file formats, SFTP, SQL, and accounting integrations.. . Customer-focused mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to lead calls and influence cross-functional action.. . Experience using support and collaboration tools such as Zendesk, Postman, JIRA, Salesforce.. . Nice to Have:. Workato expertise/certifications, scripting skills (Python, JavaScript), ODBC/SQL query experience, FinTech or accounting software background, and experience in technical training or enablement.. .
