Provide exceptional customer service in German to customers in the automotive sector.. . Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.. . Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting issues.. . Maintain a thorough knowledge of automotive products and services offered by the company.. . Document and maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.. . Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.. . . Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the automotive industry.. . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.. .
