You will build success plans, lead renewal discussions, and collaborate across teams to address concerns and improve customer satisfaction. Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, aligning services with client goals through tailored success plans and milestone tracking.. . Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and renewals are successfully executed.. . Present service value through regular reviews and success plan updates, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities.. . Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and delivering feedback to Product and Delivery departments.. . Handle escalations, support service inquiries, and oversee billing-related communications.. . Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly.. . Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities; ensure the right internal teams are engaged in these discussions.. . Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and contribute to retention efforts and Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvement.. . Maintain accurate CRM documentation reflecting customer engagement and service outcomes.. . . Previous experience managing client accounts, ideally in technical consulting, B2B SaaS, or high-growth environments.. . Skilled in presenting to clients and internal stakeholders using tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint.. . Demonstrated ability to manage account renewals and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.. . Experience advocating for customers and collaborating cross-functionally.. . Strong customer service orientation and issue resolution capabilities.. . Willingness to travel up to 10%.. .
