The Creative Director will lead the brand’s creative direction across all channels, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand’s identity and values. This role oversees concept development, design, photography, and digital experiences (including UI/UX for our e-commerce website).. You’ll be a mentor, a strategist, and a hands-on contributor—balancing the big picture vision with the discipline to deliver projects on time and on brand.. Key Responsibilities:. Creative Leadership & Strategy. . Own the brand’s creative vision and ensure consistency across all marketing and product touchpoints.. . Translate business objectives into inspiring creative strategies that drive engagement and conversion.. . Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to develop integrated campaigns.. . Design & UI/UX Oversight. . Provide art direction for e-commerce design, ensuring optimal UI/UX for customer experience.. . Partner with product and dev teams to refine website layouts, usability, and visual consistency.. . Stay updated on digital design trends, tools, and best practices.. . Photography & Content Direction. . Lead concept development, art direction, and execution for brand photography and video shoots. . Oversee post-production to ensure assets meet brand standards and marketing needs.. . Build and manage a library of on-brand creative assets.. . Team Management & Process Discipline. . Lead, inspire, and manage a team of designers, art directors, and content creators.. . Qualifications. . 7+ years of creative leadership experience, preferably in DTC e-commerce or fashion/apparel.. . Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, photography direction, and UI/UX projects.. . Experience managing cross-functional creative teams.. . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (or similar UI/UX tools), and project management software.. . Understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion-oriented design.. .
