We’re hiring an experienced Salesforce Developer/Admin to own and enhance our Salesforce environment in a growing telecommunications organization.. This role combines hands-on administration, technical development, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure Salesforce drives operational efficiency, data integrity, and business growth.. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to build scalable solutions that support company-wide performance.. What You’ll Own. Salesforce Administration. Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. . Maintain strong data integrity through data imports, exports, validation rules, and deduplication efforts. . Generate, manage, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics for multiple departments. . Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure adoption. . Development & Customization. Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automation. . Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components for advanced functionality. . Implement and manage workflow automation using Flow to streamline business processes. . Customize page layouts and enhance user experience within Lightning Experience. . Integration & Optimization. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems including marketing automation, ERP, and billing platforms. . Support API integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems. . Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement enhancements to improve performance and scalability. . Support CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices for stable deployments. . Cross-Functional Collaboration. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. . Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver effective CRM solutions. . Document system architecture, processes, and user manuals for reference and training purposes. . Must-Have Experience & Skills. 3–5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience. . Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components). . Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture. . Proven ability to build and optimize reports and dashboards. . Experience with third-party integrations and API connectivity. . Salesforce Administrator Certification (required). . Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (strong plus). . Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud or HubSpot integrations. . Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools. .
