In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to various government services and processes.. Your fluency in French will be essential as you navigate client inquiries, ensuring they receive accurate information and assistance regarding their needs related to government services. You will play a key role in fostering trust and satisfaction among users of our platform.. Responsibilities. . Provide top-notch customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding inquiries on government services. . Assist customers with information about application processes, eligibility criteria, and service availability. . Handle issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. . Document all interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery. . Educate customers about available services and resources. . Stay updated on governmental regulations and changes that may affect customers. . . Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. . Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem resolution. . Previous experience in customer service, particularly in government services or public sectors, is preferred. .
