Lead the design and architecture of complex, large-scale systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.. . Define and execute short-term and long-term technical roadmaps, making effective tradeoffs to balance business priorities, user experience, and sustainable architecture.. . Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.. . Oversee the full software lifecycle, including API, service, and system development, testing, deployment, and scaling.. . Conduct technical evaluations and risk assessments to ensure system robustness and long-term viability.. . Align technical decisions with broader strategic initiatives while supporting emerging business needs.. . Proven technical leadership experience managing large engineering groups (100+ engineers) and defining roadmaps for impactful, cross-team initiatives.. . 15+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).. . Deep expertise in microservices architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native technologies.. .
