We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as the heartbeat and primary engagement advocate of our company culture. Based in Austin, TX this role is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the entire employee journey—designing programs that drive deep engagement, strengthen a culture of compassionate servant leadership, and support our people in doing their best work with a human-centered focus.. What You’ll Do. This isn't just an HR role, as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and leaders, the HRBP will provide trusted guidance, coaching, and influence across the business.. Be the Culture & Engagement Champion by leading the design and delivery of culture and engagement programs that build belonging and inspire high performance.. Create initiatives around recognition, feedback, development, and employee experience that drive positive cultural experience.. Act as a visible champion of a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across the entire organization.. Build deep, 1:1 relationships with employees and managers, acting as a trusted thought partner for all levels.. Provide focused L&D coaching to managers on how to be effective servant leaders, helping them better engage employees and execute on management responsibilities with compassion and human focus.. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution of workplace issues.. Provide coaching and guidance on performance challenge management and conflict resolution. This includes termination processes with the utmost professionalism, empathy, and adherence to all legal guidelines.. Anticipate and address workforce trends, risks, and opportunities to strengthen organizational health.. Manage core HR processes including Performance review cycles, benefit enrollment, and other programs including compensation cycles, policy updates, and employee data management.. Minimum Qualifications. Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations, engagement, and HR program management.. Preferred Qualifications. Proven ability to build trust, connect with people 1:1, and influence decisions across all levels of the business.. Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills—you are a natural connector and communicator.. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.. Hands-on experience with HRIS and employee data management systems.. A deep passion for building culture, fostering engagement, and bringing professional enthusiasm to the workplace.. Experience in a professional services environment or in a heavily matrixed environment.. Company Location: United States.
