Your fluency in Italian will be essential in helping clients understand product functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and provide insights into the latest technological innovations. As part of our dedicated customer service team, you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.. Responsibilities. . Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding AI and technology inquiries. . Assist customers with questions about product features, functionality, and implementation. . Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. . Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system. . Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex customer inquiries. . Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements. . Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology. . . Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills. . Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. .
