As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in their shopping experiences, providing knowledgeable and friendly support in Italian.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries related to retail products, orders, and store policies via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.. . Offer guidance and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.. . Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.. . Document all interactions accurately within the customer management system.. . Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.. . Stay updated on retail product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.. . . Fluency in Italian (both oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail sector.. .
