Source and identify potential candidates using various platforms, including job boards and social media.. . Conduct initial screenings and interviews to determine candidates' qualifications and fit for client needs.. . Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and employer branding.. . Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.. . Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment metrics in our systems.. . Stay updated with industry trends to continuously refine and enhance recruitment strategies.. . . Previous experience as a recruiter or in a similar role is advantageous but not required.. . Strong understanding of recruitment practices and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.. .
