You’ll play a key part in helping our customers adopt Pinewood.AI successfully — configuring systems, delivering hands-on training, and supporting dealerships through major process change.. This is a high-impact, people-focused role in a fast-growing global business. Travel will be a significant part of the job (around 80%), as you’ll be on-site working directly with dealership teams across North America.. Key Responsibilities:. Deliver end-to-end implementations of Pinewood.AI - from discovery and configuration through to training, go-live, and post-launch support.. Configure and validate system workflows for your specialist area (Finance or Aftersales), ensuring alignment with dealership processes and OEM integrations.. Design, adapt, and deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions for all user levels - from entry-level staff to senior leaders.. Localise training content for the North American market, ensuring relevance in terminology, examples, and compliance.. Guide dealerships through operational and cultural change, focusing on adoption, efficiency, and confidence in the platform.. Capture lessons learned, share best practices, and contribute to our global implementation playbooks.. Collaborate with Product, Support, and Delivery teams to enhance rollout processes and customer outcomes.. Travel extensively across North America (approx. 80%) to deliver on-site consultancy and training.. Strong background in automotive retail operations, specialising in either . dealership accounting and finance. or . parts and service (fixed operations). .. Hands-on experience using a . dealer management system (DMS). .. Excellent communication and training delivery skills; able to engage mixed-ability audiences.. Practical understanding of key dealership workflows (e.g., GL mapping, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, service scheduling, inventory management, warranty handling).. Highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple projects and priorities.. Willingness to travel extensively across North America.. A positive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for helping people adopt new technology.. Desirable Experience . Experience delivering software training or consultancy in a dealership or vendor environment.. Familiarity with US or Canadian automotive operations and compliance requirements.. Exposure to process improvement or system rollout projects.. Accounting qualification or service management certification (e.g., AAT, ASE) is advantageous.. Company Location: United States.
