In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations of the Home Care department by performing administrative, reporting, and communication duties. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Clerical Staff will also assist with general office support and carry out any additional duties assigned by management.. Responsibilities. Prepare, maintain, and submit reports related to home care operations, scheduling, and compliance.. Make and receive phone calls to clients, and caregivers.. Support data entry, filing, scanning, and other documentation management tasks.. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and HIPAA regulations.. Perform other clerical or administrative duties as assigned by the manager.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at least at a level of C1 Advanced. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail.. Previous experience in a related home care administrative role. . Familiarity with HHA Exchange or scheduling software is a plus. Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward clients and their families.. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software.. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required..
