Campaign Coordinator. , you’ll be the . driver of campaign delivery excellence. . You’ll work at the intersection of clients and internal multi-channel team — ensuring campaigns are planned, organized, and executed seamlessly.. You’ll be working with a pod of . multi-channel Strategists, Media Buyers, Creatives, and Copywriters. , while also engaging directly with clients. Your roles and responsibilities are broken down into, but are not limited to:. . Facilitate . daily team huddles.. . . . Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery. — from brief to launch — ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.. . Act as the . primary information hub. — capturing client requests, joining calls, cascading updates, and ensuring follow-through until completion.. . Manage campaign calendars, approvals, and workflows across multiple channels.. . Proactively identify roadblocks and solve them before they become bottlenecks.. . Participate in department meetings, workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions.. . Continuously look for ways to . raise the bar. for campaign delivery.. . What Success Looks Like. .
